Refund policy

RETURNS 

Aprés Youth accepts returns or exchanges of the Products purchased from our e-shop within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date. Custom Orders, Customized Engraving, are final sales and they cannot be returned. 
 
The Products shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. 
Any Product with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including but not limited to re-sizing) cannot be accepted. 
 
If you decide to return your order, please email studio@apresyouth.com with : Full Name, Phone Number, Order Number and Type of Return: Return for Exchange, Return for Refund, Return for Repair. 

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE  

To initiate an exchange, please email studio@apresyouth.com 
If an item is in stock, you may exchange your Product for another size, colour variant of the same model originally purchased or with a new style with an equal or greater value only.  

RETURN FOR REFUND  

To initiate a return for refund, please email studio@apresyouth.com 

RETURN FOR REPAIR 

For repair/re plating enquiries, please email studio@apresyouth.com please indicate the required repair within the email. 
The repairs will be approved on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to decide whether the repair is approved under manufacturing defect warranty or not. Non-warranty repairs will be subject to a price estimate based on the damage or difficulty of the job, which will be submitted to you for acceptance before any repair. In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours from receiving your jewellery at studio@apresyouth.com
