How do I take care of my jewelry?

Keep your pieces dry and away from perfumes and other chemicals and store them away from direct sunlight. Clean using a soft cloth on its own or with a mild soapy detergent, making sure to dry them thoroughly straight after cleaning

Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 2 years from the date of purchase, your Après Youth Jewellery is covered for manufacturing defects. This doesn't cover loss, scratches from use or replating. For details of exactly what is covered please contact us.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!
Do you create custom pieces?
We're not able to build custom pieces at this time, but we can make any of our pieces in solid 14ct or 18ct gold, contact us to enquire.
